"I was hoping this wouldn’t turn into..."
I was hoping this wouldn’t turn into some drawn-out hassle, and thankfully it didn’t. The code showed up quickly, I redeemed the gift card without any issues, and checkout was simple enough. Got it done and moved on.

"Felt safe buying from this site"
Had to verify my order once, which was a little annoying. But i get it. No weird charges or anything, and the gift card came through just fine. Made me feel a bit safer using the site...

Checkout worked fine and the payment went through without any issues this time. Still, I’m not totally convinced about the overall quality yet, so I’ll have to see how it goes.

"Quick support and totally worth it"
I had a problem with my gift card code and wasn’t expecting much, but support replied way faster than I thought they would. They fixed everything the same day and didn’t make me jump through hoops. Good service like that makes a big difference, so I’m happy with the experience...

"Easy to use on my phone and laptop"
I tried eGifter on both my laptop and my phone, kind of jumping back and forth because that’s just how I shop sometimes, and it was easy. The search did what I needed, checkout was quick, and I didn’t end up in one of those annoying click-around loops just trying to find the right gift card.
The app loaded fast for me too, and the card showed up right away, which was the part I cared about most. I was buying it a little last minute, of course, because apparently that’s my system now, so it was nice that it didn’t turn into a whole project.

"I had to verify my order after..."
I had to verify my order after buying a gift card, and overall it wasn’t a big deal. I was expecting the instructions to be a little clearer upfront, but once I read through the email, it was easy enough to figure out.
The email came quickly, I followed the steps, and my order went through shortly after. I was a bit unsure at first since I don’t usually have to do this, but it made sense once I realized it was just a security check.
i’m glad they take the time to check orders before sending gift cards out. The process was simple in the end, just could’ve used slightly better directions.

"Refund came through faster than I thought"
I had an issue where my gift card wouldn’t go through, and I was a little worried at first. I sent them a message with my order details, and like i said, I wasn’t expecting much right away, but they actually got back to me fast.
They looked into it, sorted out what happened, and refunded me without turning it into a whole hassle. Like i said, I was a bit stressed about it at first, so I really appreciated how smoothly they handled everything.
